Un pranzo che da solo vale un lungo viaggio...Personalmente preferisco mangiare tutti gli antipasti, cotti e crudi, e non si può non assaggiare le orecchiette fatte a mano con qualunque condimento. Tutto il resto sono dettagli trascurabili. Since when, several years ago, I had the opportunity to taste Miki's cuisine, I have always followed him in the places where he cooked. A lunch that alone is worth a long journey ... Personally I prefer to eat all the starters, cooked and raw, and you can't not taste the handmade orecchiette with any seasoning. All the rest are negligible details.

Ricercatezza delle materie prime, colori, sapori straordinari che rende questo ristorante l'orgoglio di Vico del Gargano e della Puglia intera. Ho visitato tantissimi posti, mangiato in tantissimi ristoranti ottimi, ma questo è il migliore in assoluto. Complimenti davvero. Questa è la Puglia. Refinement of raw materials, colors, extraordinary flavors that makes this restaurant the pride of Vico del Gargano and the whole of Puglia.
