★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dishes are prepared so cheaply it's mind-blowing. I had 3 small pieces of seafood in the entire dish! Well done pasta was still crunchy inside but somehow it was tasty. Deserts were very good.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Sandra who took us through all the fresh options on the menu. Dinner was absolutely delicious. My partner had fish and said it was amazing, and I went slightly off piste having a steak. This was hones9on eof the best steaks I have ever eaten. Marinated and cooked to perfection.
The wine list was good, the food was exquisite, the staff were lovely and the interior of the restaurant a joy to be in. We come to Sicily regularly and we will be coming back to Il Bell'Antonio too. Thank you for such a lovely evening x

Location: this restaurant is located in old town, close to the Piazza Doumo. The street is kind a hidden.
Interior: excellent interior with few antique objects, but in general clean and fresh. There are tables inside and outside. The terrace is very inviting.
Service: there is a host and big waiter’s team. Good recommendations and no push for over sales. Good level of English, nice and polite staff.
Food: I had fish, the waiter asked me to chose which one and he brought it to the kitchen. In 30 minutes it was ready with some grilled veggies on the side. White wine was perfect. As for dessert, I had tiramisu which was incredible. The best I ever have had so far.
Cleanliness: healthy protocols are present. Bathroom was clean. Tables and the dining area were clean.
The price is €€€, but it’s ok as for the food and location.
Definitely would be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well situated in the heart of Catania, this typical local Osteria has a wide range of traditional dishes, from the octopus salad to the seafood pasta. The food was very tasty overall and the wine was fine. Their outdoor terrace is really nice and the staff was pretty friendly! Great place to enjoy quality Sicilian food although it can be a bit pricey.
