★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient wine bar and pizzeria right in the middle of the shopping area ("budello"). We enjoyed drinks outside while the kids played tag in the plaza. Excellent focaccia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is really really really good!! The fries farinata was really the best thing ever. Make sure to book a table...also because I saw locals or "loyal" customers pass in front of us because they knew the waiters.
The staff is great thought, they are welcoming and polite, especially the girl with red hair.
It's a bit annoying that the kitchen doesn't let you modify your order...if I can't have parmesan I don't want parmesan in my plate! Also... I love dogs. But there was a couple next to us that had a dog that would bark literally to everyone living the store. It's not the dog's fault but the people who don't know how to raise him. In this case, it would be nice if the waiter offered them a table in a corner where the dog couldn't get anxious for the people passing by. We told the waiter that and he answered that those where loyal customers that always went there...well, that's why you get three stars instead of four. Every customer is special, buddy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, I this restaurant positions itself as an upper end one here, but given that I have some questions.
1. Il Barrante burger. Basically, just a layer of meat and a couple of prosciutto slices in between the standard burger bun, with a few fries and salad leaves/pieces of hard cheese on the side. Without even a hint of any sause inside (waitress: help yourself with the mayonnaise). Really?
2. Pizza with slices of mozzarella on the top. Not melted one. Just dropped it on the standard margarita after cooked it. Really?
3. Child option with meat with fries, asked to replace fries with pasta - “absolutely impossible“. Really?
4. Desserts took ages to deliver, with inconsistent feedback from the waitresses about the availability.
Guys, with all respect, please... don’t be just such a tourist trap. Lots of people queue following some lucky pizza reviews.
