★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Folks - there are plenty of resources to give you a hint on how to make a burger. It takes a lot of courage to have a burger as your main menu and not know anything about it. A dry bun, battered veggies... meat's good. Good for the stand, not good for the restaurant.
