I contacted Falanga Immobiliare at the end of December 2016 for an apartment located in via Leonardo da Vinci 134. I was reluctant because it was not very cloudy and without parking. But the collaborator Silvia attacked me and often called me on the phone until she girded and hurried me saying that there were others interested. At that point I accepted by sending a bank transfer as requested to block the apartment. After a few days in the agency (and here the first only .. not at the Falanga but another agency that seems to have been the real referents of the apartment). I arrive there, space studies 35 sq m tables and 4 people seated at a table (for a 550 euro apartment it seemed to me a lot cmq) including Ms. Ra Bogliolo owner of the agency. We spoke (srmbrava plus a treaty) and clarified everything and on that occasion I was told that the apartment was ANNUAL as agreed by the announcement on the site. . but that "PER PRASSI" they did half-yearly renewal. Not to worry, the apartment was rented by me for a minimum of 1 year renewable annually. ON CONFIRMATION OF THIS I was told that the condominium expenses for the 1st year were borne by the property, the other years I would have paid THE condominium. Ok I trusted. SEND a monthly payment for the property at the end of the contract. I wanted to get into the house immediately, but Silvia asked me 1 week to fix "everything". 1st discomfort because not knowing where to stay I had to go home to Emilia Romagna 459 km. If I had known, I would have opted for other apartments better than that. When their comfortable ones end, Silvia (from Falanga) hangs up on the phone, making haste to return. (Or rather x collect their commission). But the beauty has yet to happen. I'm back. Appointment in the Falanga agency to sign a contract written in the meantime, and to give the 3 months in full check plus the commission to the Falanga agency in cash (....) over € 2,000 all. I signed the contract trusting it because I SEEMED in a normal place with normal people (not in the ghettos of some infamous city). In fact, I did not notice that at the end of the contract I signed, there was no 1 year as per MA 6 MONTH agreements. But even if I had seen him Silvia would have told me with her naive air "as already said by practice we renew the contract every 6 months". I signed and went to take over the keys in the apartment put in place further with 15 days of data x to fix things (which I never understood) maybe they had rented 15 days in January. We were already at 18. In reviewing the SiLvia apartment, he reminded me of everything working as, for example, the air conditioners and them as in the previous time. .. turned on 1 minute to make me hear noise but I didn't feel obvious heat for 1 minute "I thought .." He showed me everything working. but with the method of the empty Neapolitan boxes of 40 years ago. He gave me 1 pair of keys (I made the double for 15 euros). The house was very pretty. The property made me find everything I needed. I can't say anything about ownership. But when I turned on the air conditioner I realized that it wasn't blowing hot air. And so it was that from the next day I was in cohabitation with the technicians, a continuous coming and going without solutions for 3 months. I got sick 3 times because of the cold in the house and because they had to keep the balcony open to fix the air conditioner that had to be CHANGED instead. BUT THEY NEVER WANTED TO DO IT. IT WENT FORWARD FOR 3 MONTHS. I could NOT work because I was always sick. My first breakdown. But after 3 months of agony, cold and men at home, the big SOLA! "They ask me to leave the apartment by June 30 because it serves the property !!!!!" THAT IS BEYOND THE COLD BASTARDATA THEY USE THEIR "PRACTICE" to make me leave the house on June 30th and have it free in July !!! But what a combination. There was no point in talking.
