★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a house is big thing, and when you are a foreigner and still have to learn the language even more. So I, being german buying a house in Italy was happy to have Mr Bagnasco as my estate agent. He managed the whole process including details like getting the Italian fiscal number for me to my full satisfaction. He, together with his wife, always explained the things about the complicated Italian system and answered my questions quickly. It is an awful lot of money that passes over from the buyer to the seller. The amount the estate agent gets as a consequence is high as well. But in the end I could trust Mr Bagnasco and that is what counts for me. So it definetely was a good deal for both of us.
