Aprendo la porta di ingresso ci troviamo difronte una signora, che abbiamo scoperto poi dopo chiamarsi Elena che in maniera a dir poco scortese e maleducata chiede di mostrarle il green pass. Ma la scortesia non finisce lì, ma si protrae durante tutto il pasto, senza mai un sorriso o un modo gentile. Anzi, alla gentile richiesta di cambiare un bicchiere che odorava di uovo, invece ci scusarsi e provvedere quanto prima, alza addirittura gli occhi al cielo sorgendo il naso. La signora non aveva neanche l'accortezza di indossare la mascherina in maniera corretta, perché la stesa copriva solo la bocca... Forse non sa che il naso è sempre suo e va coperto anche quello. Il locale si trova in una piccola via, all'ombra, di conseguenza anche il locale era molto buio e soprattutto freddo, termosifoni rigorosamente spenti, abbiamo mangiato con la giacca di pelle. Gli unici momenti in cui c'è stato un minimo di cura al cliente, in questo caso noi, è stato quando al tavolo si recava la signora Ornella. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, abbiamo preso un primo a testa che tutto sommato era buono, la delusione profonda è arrivata quando abbiamo ordinato il dolce: tortino al cioccolato con cuore morbido accompagnato da gelato. Il cuore era tutto tranne che morbido e gelato era una pallina di ghiaccio insapore. Mi spiace... Ma anche qualora dovessimo tornate a Carmagnola, sicuramente non sceglieremo questo ristorante. The restaurant is located in a small street, in the shade, consequently the place was also very dark and above all cold, radiators strictly off, we ate with a leather jacket. The only moments in which there was a minimum of customer care, in this case us, was when Mrs. Ornella went to the table. As for the food, we took a first course each which was all in all good, the deep disappointment came when we ordered the dessert: chocolate cake with a soft heart accompanied by ice cream. The heart was anything but soft and frozen was a tasteless scoop of ice. I'm sorry ... But even if we return to Carmagnola, we will certainly not choose this restaurant.
