Ambiente pulito e in ordine.
Personale gentile ,accogliente e disponibile.
Soprattutto il fisioterapista Stefano che con la sua terapia mi ha tolto i problemi alla schiena.
Lo consiglio vivamente, unico problema sono i parcheggi nella zona.
In alcuni orari è impossibile trovare un posto per la macchina.
 Excellent physiotherapy center.
Clean and tidy environment.
Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
Especially the physiotherapist Stefano who with his therapy took away my back problems.
I highly recommend it, only problem is the parking in the area.
At some times it is impossible to find a place for the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andato tutto bene fin oggi, il personale molto gentile e bravi in tutti i settori... ma oggi al ultima seduta in palestra mi sono trovata senza nessuno che ti dice che esercizi fare, solo un ragazzo che non era della palestra, non ci ha detto nulla come mai non c'è il ragazzo che ci segue, ma guardava quello che facevo,non capisco il senso. Sono rimasta molto delusa del fatto, potevano avvisare... Eravamo 3 persone nel gruppo e dovevamo fare tutto da soli quello che ricordiamo dalle altre sedute. La seduta di solito è di 30 minuti, oggi 20 minuti, neanche .e ci ha fatto entrare anche 10 minuti in ritardo.. non si fa così, la gente paga e mette il suo tempo... Sono rimasta molto dispiaciuta... Nel REPARTO per il Tecar TROPPO BRAVI ? anche nella mobilizzazione ?

I was very disappointed, they could warn ... We were 3 people in the group and we had to do everything by ourselves what we remember from the other sessions. The session is usually 30 minutes, today 20 minutes, not even ... and he let us in even 10 minutes late .. it's not like that, people pay and put their time ... I was very sorry ... In the Tecar DEPARTMENT TOO GOOD ? also in mobilization ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Processo di prenotazione ed accettazione molto veloce. Ambiente estremamente pulito. Personale cordiale. Unica pecca momentanea assenza di aria condizionata a causa di un guasto , problema che si sta protraendo ormai da qualche settimana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro fisioterapico è per me stato un luogo che ho scelto. La pulizia, l'ordine, la preparazione degli operatori è al top. Ho visto che in linea di massima mi trovo bene avendo uno o due fisioterapisti. Non di più per ciclo, quindi al momento della prenotazione chiedo questo. Per le terapie ora che vado dal fisiatra del centro, mi ha dato le terapie più mirate, sto risolvendo uno dei miei problemi. Continuerò lì.
The physiotherapy center was a place I chose for me. The cleanliness, the order, the preparation of the operators is at the top. I have seen that I generally feel good having one or two physiotherapists. No more per cycle, so when booking I ask for this. For the therapies now that I go to the physiatrist in the center, he has given me the most targeted therapies, I am solving one of my problems. I will continue there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Vado a visita fisiatrica per un problema di salute, ed il medico già inizia dicendo "La sua malattia non esiste". Inutile dirgli che molto si sta muovendo anche in sede politica perché venga inserita nei LEA. Visita superficiale, senza nemmeno leggere i fogli medici della Reumatologia delle Molinette, mi prescrive terapie già fatte più volte senza successo, per un costo di ben 680€. Chiedo perché non possono essere fatte con la mutua, visto che io in passato le avevo fatte con la mutua, mi dicono che sono "apparecchiature superiori".
Quello per cui io ero andata, cioè l'idrochinesiterapia, mi dice che me lo prescriverà alla visita di controllo, dopo aver fatto le costose terapie prescrittemi.
Io non posso spendere così tanto per terapie tralaltro già fatte in passato senza successo.., seppure i macchinari siano "superiori". 680€ sono tanti soldi. In altri centri convenzionati fanno pacchetti agevolati se si fanno 10 sedute, qui nulla, prezzo pieno.
Inarrivabile economicamente.
Se poi il medico non crede nella diagnosi delle Molinette, la mia fiducia in lui e nelle cure prescrittemi crolla inesorabilmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale addetto alla reception è davvero molto disponibile nonché gentile e preparato. Stesso discorso per i fisioterapisti. Sono molto puntuali e cercano sempre di venire incontro al paziente. Inoltre vengono ampiamente rispettati i protocolli anti covid . La struttura è molto pulita e questo non può che far piacere...
