Gli attrezzi tutti i Technogym e molti sono presenti più volte per evitare le classiche attese. Gli spazi ben organizzati e sale per i corsi ampie e luminose. Ma la cosa che mi ha più colpito sono gli istruttori, tanti e soprattutto competenti. Ti seguono in tutto il percorso di crescita fisica e hai incluso mezz'ora al mese in cui si figura come personal trainer. Consiglistissima. Fantastic gym in the heart of the business center, great if you want to combine work with physical activity. But the thing that struck me most are the instructors, many and above all competent. Gli spogliatoi capienti e, cosa di gran lunga più importante, sempre ben puliti!! L ambiente è cordiale ed accogliente.. iniziare il mio percorso con questi ragazzi è stata un esperienza unica. Grazie a tutti!!! The gym is huge, the rooms are fully equipped and the instructors all trained on the best disciplines are always updated on new trends. The spacious changing rooms and, most importantly, always well cleaned !! The environment is friendly and welcoming .. starting my journey with these guys was a unique experience. Thank you all!!!

Ti senti compreso e aiutato fino in fondo! ❤? Che dire poi della meravigliosa palestra: attrezzatissima, spaziosa, semplicemente da sogno! ? Fantastic team! ???? e	enzo molise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cominciato a frequentare la palestra inizialmente per comodità in quanto è vicinissima al luogo in cui lavoro e ho visto fin da subito la differenza rispetto alle altre palestre tradizionali. La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la diligenza con cui vengono puliti e disinfettati gli ambienti...per non parlare poi della professionalità e competenza degli istruttori e del proprietario paky. . infine un ambiente allegro e rilassante che non guasta.Tutte queste qualità messe insieme ne fanno la mia palestra ideale. I started going to the gym initially for convenience as it is very close to the place where I work and I immediately saw the difference compared to other traditional gyms. The first thing that struck me was the diligence with which the rooms are cleaned and disinfected ... not to mention the professionalism and competence of the instructors and the paky owner. . finally a cheerful and relaxing environment that does not hurt. All these qualities put together make it my ideal gym.
M	Maria Mazzei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conosco la palestra, nel senso di ambiente fisico, perché non sono di Napoli e non abito a Napoli, ma ho potuto conoscere lo staff per mezzo dei corsi in diretta messi a disposizione sul canale Fb, in questo periodo di quarantena. Nonostante li abbia conosciuti solo dietro uno schermo sono tutte persone meravigliose, disponibili e soprattutto professionali. Ho seguito più volte il corso di zumba con Rosa, persona con la quale ho stretto fin da subito amicizia, la sua energia e la sua personalità ti coinvolgono in tutto e per tutto. Consiglio vivamente questa palestra perché così come gli istruttori sono meravigliosi e professionali, sono sicura che lo sarà altrettanto l'ambiente. Spero un giorno di potervi conoscere di persona, e di ringraziarvi per questa vicinanza dimostrata, nonostante il periodo ci costringe a stare lontani e, ci limita in ogni rapporto sociale. I have repeatedly followed the zumba course with Rosa, a person with whom I immediately became friends, his energy and his personality involve you in all respects. I highly recommend this gym because as the instructors are wonderful and professional, I am sure that the environment will be as well. Personale istruito e amante del proprio lavoro ( Paky il proprietario in primis). Palestra molto bella da poco ristrutturata e pensata per il cliente, spogliatoi ampi e puliti. Corsi per tutti e per ogni livello. Per qualsiasi info chiedete alle gentili Martina e Francesca, che vi accolgono alla reception, rispondono ad ogni dubbio e ad ogni esigenza di abbonamento. LA CONSIGLIO! For years I have never felt comfortable changing gym, but for more than two years now, I have found a gym worthy of the name! Educated staff and lover of their work (Paky the owner in the first place). Very nice gym recently renovated and designed for the customer, large and clean locker rooms. Courses for all and for each level. For any info ask the kind Martina and Francesca, who welcome you at the reception, they answer to every doubt and every subscription need. THE COUNCIL!
