Mi ha aiutato a migliorare la mia condizione fisica sia a livello di resistenza sia per quanto riguarda la qualita' muscolare facendomi diminuire il peso corporeo mantenendo massa muscolare e forza. Se volete affidarvi ad una persona seria, lui e' la persona giusta! Grazie Luca!
 I have known Luca for several years, a serious, competent and reliable guy. He has been following me since I got the passion of "SPARTAN" obstacle races. It helped me to improve my physical condition both in terms of endurance and in terms of muscle quality by making me decrease body weight while maintaining muscle mass and strength. Un allenamento mirato al superamento del concorso per la quale mi sto preparando e che nel giro di pochi mesi dal numero di trazioni 1/2 sono arrivato a farne ben 10. La professionalità, l'impegno e la grinta che viene trasmessa è senza misura. Come dicevo gli allenamenti si svolgevano nella massima professionalità ma anche simpatia, come se l'allenamento lo stessi facendo con un amico, cosa che a mio avviso ho apprezzato molto dato che ha prodotto netti miglioramenti in un lasso di tempo non lungo. Che dire ottimo per ogni obiettivo fisico che intendi raggiunge. Consiglio a tutti You are Fitness!!
Great. An excellent personal training service. My experience started months ago far exceeded my expectations, fully grasping my goal and need. A training aimed at overcoming the competition for which I am preparing and that within a few months from the number of 1/2 tractions I came to make 10 of them. The professionalism, commitment and determination that is transmitted is without measure. As I said the training took place in the utmost professionalism but also sympathy, as if the training was doing it with a friend, which in my opinion I appreciated very much since it produced clear improvements in a short period of time. What about excellent for any physical goal you intend to achieve. I recommend to all You are Fitness !!
