★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei pochi posti dove si può praticare acquagym al centro di Napoli. Questo è il solo aspetto positivo. La piscina è piccolissima e vi vengono stipate dentro fino a 12 persone. Questo impedisce che ci sia lo spazio minimo per poter effettuare gli esercizi in maniera corretta e sicura. I prezzi sono medio alti, sia per la sala che per i corsi
 One of the few places where you can practice aquagym in the center of Naples. This is the only positive aspect. The pool is very small and is crammed in up to 12 people. This prevents there being the minimum space to perform the exercises correctly and safely. Prices are medium to high, both for the room and for the courses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sala attrezzi non molto grande ma ben fornita e funzionale. Gli istruttori sono gentili, preparati e disponibili. Il costo degli abbonamenti è medio alto ma include la possibilità di usufruire di sauna e bagno turco oltre che di alcuni corsi pomeridiani. La struttura dispone di una piccola piscina nella quale si tengono corsi per adulti e bambini.
Tool room not very large but well equipped and functional. The instructors are kind, prepared and available. The cost of the passes is medium-high but includes the possibility of using the sauna and Turkish bath as well as some afternoon courses. The property has a small pool where you can take classes for adults and children.

è a mio avviso un'ottima palestra, pulita e abbastanza grande.
dispone di bagno turco e sauna inclusi nell'abbonamento.
i prezzi sono medio - alti ma la palestra è di qualità.
gli istruttori sono gentili e preparati in particolare giuseppe o.
si trova in pieno centro storico a napoli.
negativo l'orario del sabato, troppo presto chiudere alle 14/14.30 ... così come la totale o parziale chiusura nei giorni di festa (santo patrono ad esempio) o le domeniche ... sempre chiusi.

I write this review after trying other gyms and therefore, I think, with knowledge.
in my opinion it is an excellent gym, clean and large enough.
it has a Turkish bath and sauna included in the subscription.
the prices are medium - high but the gym is of quality.
the instructors are kind and prepared in particular giuseppe o.
it is located in the historic center of Naples.
negative on Saturday, too early to close at 14 / 14.30 ... as well as the total or partial closure on holidays (patron saint for example) or Sundays ... always closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, straightforward gym with a decent weight room. The machines are all fairly new, the bars are standard, and there're a lot of dumbbells. Additionally, they allow single day passes, so easy to do if visiting Naples briefly.
