La mia segnalazione risulta tra le urgenti! Ma che dire? Credo sia sufficiente per far capire la serietà dell'azienda in questione. Support? Inexistent! Ho chiamato decine di volte il servizio clienti ma nessuno ad oggi ha provveduto a riparare il guasto. Mi sono rivolto ad un legale per la rescissione del contratto e rimborso totale di quanto pagato. Azienda assolutamente sconsigliata. We have had the system still under warranty for about a year. I have called customer service dozens of times but no one has repaired the fault to date. I turned to a lawyer for the termination of the contract and full refund of the amount paid. Company absolutely not recommended.

Da un mese richiediamo e sollecitiamo la ditta ad intervenire, per un guasto al depuratore, avvenuto poco tempo dopo la manutenzione ordinaria, senza avere notizie alcune sulla data dell'ntervento. Abbiamo anche rappresentato l'urgenza, per una condizione di disabilità, ma niente. Solo chiacchiere del tipo: "Sarete contattati dai tecnici, al più presto!". Al servizio clienti, unico numero disponibile per l'utenza, non risponde quasi mai nessuno; quando accade, rsraramente, è la stessa voce a rispondere, peraltro non sempre in modo garbato! Bad service, almost non-existent. For a month we have been requesting and urging the company to intervene, due to a breakdown in the purifier, which occurred shortly after ordinary maintenance, without having any information on the date of the intervention. We also represented the urgency, for a condition of disability, but nothing. Just gossip like: "You will be contacted by the technicians, as soon as possible!". The customer service, the only number available to users, almost never answers anyone; when it happens, rarely, it is the same voice that answers, however not always in a polite way!

Ad oggi (dopo quasi 5 anni) ogni volta che è sorto un problema sono riusciti a risolvere in tempi "normali". L'iter che adotto è il seguente: Contatto l'azienda al numero 848 800386 (come riportato su contratto) ed al quale hanno sempre risposto e successivamente attendo la chiamata del tecnico per fissare l'appuntamento che solitamente si perfeziona in meno di una settimana. Personalmente quindi non posso lamentarmi del servizio ricevuto fino ad oggi. Unico ritardo è avvenuto in pieno primo lockdown quando era vietato uscire, per il resto sempre tutto in linea con quanto promesso. A dire il vero, la serietà non sanno nemmeno dove sta di casa...se sei fortunato, li vedi una volta l'anno ( al cambio filtri, quando devi sborsare 55€ come da contratto) diversamente non hai che da pagare il bollettino ogni mese e comprare l'acqua così come facevi prima di acquistare il "depuratore". Lo sconsiglio vivamente...direi che è una truffa a tutti gli effetti. Very little serious company. Personale call center scortese, solo nel momento del cambio filtro cambiano atteggiamento, diventano improvvisamente gentili e disponibili visto che bisogna pagare la sostituzione. Sconsiglio di affidarsi a loro per il depuratore, in giro c'è molto meglio e a prezzi decisamente migliori. Bad company. Problem solving in Bible times and after several phone calls. Tutti i numeri chiamati rimandano ad un cellulare "per velocizzare le operazioni", a cui poter scrivere su wa per assistenza. I numeri fissi hanno tutti la segreteria telefonica o risultano inesistenti, e a tutt'oggi nessuna risposta ai miei numerosi messaggi di assistenza urgente. Tutto a dir poco pessimo e vergognoso, inaffidabili e decisamente disonesti. Inutile dire che ogni anno chiamano compulsivamente e puntualmente quando devono cambiare i filtri e prendersi i 50/55 euro subito, dopodiché spariscono. Voto meno di zero.
