Quale servizio mi chiedo..Una presa in giro! Una persona con gravi problemi di deambulazione è costretta ad arrivare alla sede fisica solo perché nessuno può darle informazioni al telefono. È normale? It is truly unheard of that no one responds to all telephone numbers but only the recorded voice asking to give an opinion on the service! Which service do I ask myself .. A mockery! È inaccettabile oggi affidarsi solo alla corrispondenza cartacea. …E per chi non è in casa? Che venga subito riattivato il servizio on line ! You cannot access the portal with a CIE (electronic identity card). It hasn't always worked !!!! in doing so, the company does not recover credits. Non riesco a entrare nel portale del mio profilo come facevo una volta, inserendo email e password, così potevo visionare e controllare le mie fatture. Da quando il sistema è cambiato e per entrare richiede lo spid , io con tutto che inserisco lo spid mi da sempre errore, come potete vedere dalla foto allegata. Vi garantisco che ho tentato decine e decine di volte ma niente da fare. Sugli altri siti entro tranquillamente inserendo lo spid ma con voi niente da fare. Chiedo cortesemente un supporto per risolvere questo problema. E' una VERGOGNA ad oggi 16-12-2021 il problema non è stato risolto. P.S. ho tentato di chiamare telefonicamente più e più volte ma niente da fare si seccano pure a rispondere.... VERGOGNA To the kind company A.M.A.M. S.p.A. Hello I'm Muscianisi Giuseppe a user of Messina center. I can't log into my profile portal as I once did, by entering my email and password, so I could view and check my invoices. Since the system has changed and requires the spid to enter, with everything I insert the spid it always gives me an error, as you can see from the attached photo. I guarantee you that I have tried dozens and dozens of times but nothing to do. On the other sites I calmly enter by inserting the spid but with you nothing to do. I kindly ask for support to solve this problem. It is a SHAME as of today 12-16-2021 the problem has not been solved. P.S. I tried to call by phone over and over again but nothing to do they bother answering .... SHAME
S	Salvatore Fortuna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non funziona niente, si lamentano che l'utente non paga ed io non ricevo fatture da un anno, sono registrato sul portale, ho inviato email all'indirizzo di posta elettronica presente sul sito e non risponde nessuno. Forse è meglio azzerare L'AMAM e rifondarla. Nothing works, they complain that the user does not pay and I have not received any invoices for a year, I am registered on the portal, I have sent an email to the email address on the site and no one answers. F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E da circa un mese (dal 06 aprile 2022) che provo a contattare gli uffici sia telefonicamente che a mezzo email e pec agli indirizzi indicati nel sito istituzionale, ancora oggi nessuna risposta. Devo intraprendere un'azione giudiziaria contro un inquilino moroso ed ho la necessità urgente di sapere se le utenze dell'immobile in questione siano i regola con i pagamenti. Devo far scrivere dal legale?
