Hanno cercato di propinarmi dopo innumerevoli solleciti un'autovettura con caratteristiche difformi da quelle concordate in sede di prenotazione, inoltre la macchina risultava avere difetti nella verniciatura e nel sedile interno. Mancava il bracciolo centrale. Il venditore preposto non ha voluto prestare assistenza allo scrivente dopo le contestazioni. Neanche la sede di Brolo contattata, ha tempestivamente dato delucidazioni.
 Bad branch of the parent office in Brolo. I bought a car in April that I haven't had yet and which I will start paying for in July. After innumerable reminders they tried to give me a car with different characteristics from those agreed upon during the booking, furthermore the car appeared to have defects in the paintwork and in the inner seat. The central armrest was missing. The seller in charge did not want to assist the writer after the disputes. Not even the Brolo office contacted, promptly gave clarifications.
