Pessimo la risposta del venditore a telefono, dopo avergli spiegato nel dettaglio problematiche di salute della persona che avrebbe dovuto acquistare un auto, non ha avuto alcun tatto, modo, permettendosi inoltre di fare delle differenze tra nord e sud di un certo tipo. Cari signori, siamo nel 2021, cerchiamo di far capire il vero concetto di vendita e soprattutto la discrezione verso persone disabili con particolari problematiche. Ovviamente non andro mai piu in questa concessionaria.

Dear gentlemen, we are in 2021, we try to make people understand the true concept of sales and above all the discretion towards disabled people with particular problems. Of course I will never go to this dealership again.
