Mi ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine sia nelle scelta dell'arredamento che della rubinetteria e di ogni singolo elemento. Mi ha consigliato dei caloriferi che si sono rilevati delle meraviglie di design! Non mi era mai capitato di entrare in un casa e dire "Ma che bei caloriferi!!!", in casa mia è cosi!! Tutto è stato svolto nei tempi stabiliti (considerando i ritardi post lockdown è stato un vero miracolo!) e seguito con la massima professionalità! Consigliatissimo se volete affidarvi a persone che sanno fare il loro lavoro e lo fanno bene! Grazie di tutto! I completely redid the two bathrooms in my house and changed all the heaters, without the help and availability of Mrs. Ivana I would NEVER have succeeded! He followed me from start to finish both in the choice of furniture, taps and every single element. He recommended heaters which turned out to be design wonders! It had never happened to me to enter a house and say "What beautiful heaters !!!", in my house it is like this !! Everything was done on time (considering the post lockdown delays it was a real miracle!) And followed with the utmost professionalism! Highly recommended if you want to rely on people who know how to do their job and do it well! Thanks for everything!

M	Manuela Marinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto ordine il 2 settembre. A novembre arrivano alcune piastrelle sbagliate.Pazienza, si mette sempre in conto che qualcosa vada storto... Arriva poi il carico con mobile doccia ecc. Ma si rendono conto( pur essendoci già passati x portare le piastrelle) che nn passano sotto un voltino. Ordine rimandato e diviso in due giorni,creando disagi per permessi lavorativi. Purtroppo però non è finita: specchio, cassetto,top del mobile arrivano rotti. La cosa più grave però... è che in questo carico non c'è il water, che nn si sa dove sia. Oggi è il 3 gennaio: dopo 4 mesi dall'ordine non abbiamo ancora ricevuto le parti da sostituire e soprattutto nessuno sa dirci quando arriverà il water...ma ci rendiamo conto??? Poiché dovevamo tornare a vivere qui abbiamo dovuto mettere il nostro vecchio e malconcio water....... Per concludere: misure del mobile errate, specchio diverso da quello indicato in negozio e piastrelle decisamente poco pratiche per pulire( era stata una mia raccomandazione) La signora che ci ha seguiti, di cui evito il nome, è stata da subito affabile e comprensiva,dopodiché è sparita e non xi ha più contattati direttamente, ma solo tramite l'impresa che segue i lavori. Neanche una chiamata di scuse o spiegazioni. Evitate questo posto, gli errori capitano ovunque ma almeno da altre parti ti seguono e fanno di tutto per venirti incontro ed evitare disagi. The worst thing, however ... is that in this load there is no toilet, which is not known where it is. Today is January 3: after 4 months from the order we have not yet received the parts to be replaced and above all no one can tell us when the toilet will arrive ... but do we realize ??? Since we had to go back to live here we had to put our old and battered toilet ....... To conclude: wrong furniture measurements, mirror different from the one indicated in the shop and tiles that are very impractical to clean (it was my recommendation) The lady who followed us, whose name I avoid, was immediately affable and understanding, after which she disappeared and no longer contacted us directly, but only through the company that follows the work. Not even a call for an apology or explanation. Avoid this place, mistakes happen everywhere but at least elsewhere they follow you and do everything to meet you and avoid inconvenience.
