Li chiamo per un malfunzionamento all'impianto e per la sostituzione filtri e nella telefonata gli dico che in caso di un danno serio all'impianto, sarei pronto a valutare altro (una sostituzione magari) considerando la vetustà dello stesso. Molto gentilmente arrivano a casa il giorno dopo e constatano la necessità di sostituire un pezzo da oltre 150 euro. Mi rifiuto dicendogli che non mi va di spendere quei soldi (più le 90 di filtri) per un impanto molto vecchio e neanche dei filtri, in quanto non avrebbe senso sostituirli su un impianto che non funziona più. Mi chiedono 40 euro per la chiamata! Alle mie rimostranze , il ragazzo (gentilissimo) mi dice che è una cifra dovuta. Pago correttamente salutando l'addetto. Chiamo la loro sede e gli faccio notare la scorrettezza della richiesta delle 40 euro, non tanto per i denari pagati, quanto perchè NON comunicate MAI non solo nella precedente telefonata ma neanche nei 10 anni passati. Quasi sprezzante la ragazza mi dice: "ma lei è arrabbiato per le 40 euro pagate?". A quel punto saluto cordialmente invitandoli a NON COMPORRE MAI PIÙ IL MIO NUMERO DI TELEFONO... Mi domando se alcune aziende pensano che la gente abbia l'anello al naso.... Customer for almost 10 years.
