I	Immacolata Barillari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver perforato la ruota della mia auto, in un giorno di pioggia, ho dovuto per forza telefonare per un taxi per raggiungere il mio luogo di lavoro, Ho chiamato ieri alle 6.02 al numero 0810101, la prima volta l' operatore ha esitato un po' prima di darmi qualche informazione poi mi ha bloccato il telefono in faccia senza un motivo, ho telefonato di nuovo e sono stata anche presa in giro dallo stesso operatore. Poi ho deciso di chiamare un' altra azienda di taxi e finalmente sono riuscita a farmene mandare uno senza problemi! Mi sono sempre premurata di chiedere il prezzo sia al telefono che di persona prima dell'inizio della corsa proprio per evitare queste situazioni. Per una volta che ho chiesto solo al telefono e non di persona ovviamente si sono approfittati del fatto che il passeggero non parlasse italiano per chiedere di più. Mi domando quale sia il senso della tariffa fissa per l'aeroporto se di fatto si continuano a chiedere prezzi stellari e ad approfittarsi di chi non è napoletano. Unfortunately after 3 positive experiences, the fourth time the taxi driver asked my Czech boyfriend for a higher payment than agreed on the phone with the switchboard operator (23.5 for the airport). I always took care to ask the price both on the phone and in person before the start of the race just to avoid these situations. For once I only asked on the phone and not in person of course they took advantage of the fact that the passenger didn't speak Italian to ask for more. I wonder what is the meaning of the fixed rate for the airport if in fact they continue to ask for stellar prices and to take advantage of those who are not Neapolitan.

Chiamiamo il servizio taxi telefonicamente richiedendo il prezzo per l'aeroporto e ci comunicano che sono 25€ prezzo fisso. All'arrivo del tassista chiediamo di portarci all'aeroporto . Sembrava di essere su un rally... Arrivati all'aeroporto, il tassista scende dall'auto e ci fa pagare sotto la pioggia, gli diamo 50€ non avendo il cambio corretto e senza nemmeno comunicarci il prezzo finale ci restituisce solo 20€ dicendo che noi non avevamo richiesto la tariffa aeroporto né a lui né alla signora della centrale. É una vergogna che una cittá cosí bella non riesca ad essere all'altezza degli standard europei. Dove il prezzo fisso viene rispettato ed usufruire del servizio taxi é un piacere. Lavoro per un'azienda che si occupa di turismo a livello mondiale e non raccomanderó questa societá di taxi. Bad service, car poorly maintained. We call the taxi service by phone asking for the price for the airport and they tell us that it is € 25 fixed price. Upon arrival of the taxi driver, we ask you to take us to the airport. It felt like being on a rally ... Arrived at the airport, the taxi driver gets out of the car and makes us pay in the rain, we give him 50 € not having the correct change and without even communicating the final price he only gives us back 20 € saying that we had not requested the airport rate nor to him or to the lady at the station. It is a shame that such a beautiful city cannot live up to European standards. Where the fixed price is respected and using the taxi service is a pleasure. I work for a company that deals with tourism worldwide and I will not recommend this taxi company.
