Senza preliminarmente spiegarmelo, ha inviato una persona che ho poi scoperto essere un altro idraulico (Grassani Antonio) e non un proprio dipendente, che ha eseguito il lavoro lasciandolo incompleto (non ha eseguito la prova di tenuta per rottura dello strumento di rilevazione). Nonostante miei ripetuti richiami successivi, ad oggi nessuno è ancora intervenuto per completare il lavoro.
In June 2020 I asked for an intervention to repair a gas pipe in my home. Without first explaining it to me, he sent a person who I later discovered to be another plumber (Grassani Antonio) and not an employee of his own, who performed the work leaving it incomplete (he did not perform the leak test due to breakage of the detection instrument). Despite my repeated subsequent reminders, to date no one has yet intervened to complete the work.
