★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho contattati per avere assistenza per un climatizzatore guasto installato nel mio negozio. Questa azienda è indicata sul sito del produttore come UNICO centro assistenza per Lodi e provincia. Non sono mai stata ricontattata. Li ho richiamati, ho risposto all'interrogatorio su dati tecnici di tutti i tipi che mi hanno fatto, ho ribadito che purchè garantissero l'uscita avrei aspettato. Ho anche specificato che se non potevano/ volevano uscire per un qualunque motivo bastava lo dicessero in modo da potermi organizzare e cercare un'altra soluzione. Mi hanno garantito l'uscita entro la settimana ma non ho visto nessuno.
Trovo professionalmente inaccettabile un simile comportamento; tutti pronti a fare preventivi per installare nuovi impianti, ma nessuno disposto a EROGARE UNA VERA, SERIA ASSISTENZA.
I contacted them for assistance with a defective air conditioner installed in my shop. This company is indicated on the manufacturer's website as the ONLY service center for Lodi and its province. I have never been contacted. I called them back, I answered the interrogation on technical data of all the types that made me, I reiterated that as long as they guaranteed the exit I would have waited. I also specified that if they could not / did not want to come out for any reason, they would just say so so that I could organize myself and look for another solution. They guaranteed me to go out within the week but I didn't see anyone.
I find such behavior professionally unacceptable; all ready to make estimates to install new systems, but none willing to PROVIDE A REAL, SERIOUS ASSISTANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato per un problema a scaldabagno in garanzia che perde dalla valvola di sicurezza. Non riescono a risolvere e contattano la casa madre. Casa madre prende tempo prima di dare una risposta che alla fine scarica su di me la responsabilità senza spiegare sul piano tecnico il motivo vero.
Pur deluso gli chiedo di farmi un preventivo per andare nella direzione proposta da casa madre e non mi hanno mai risposto. Mi sono rivolto ad altri.
Mai più un Ariston. Pessima assistenza al cliente.
Called in for a problem with a water heater under warranty leaking from the safety valve. They fail to resolve and contact the parent company. The parent company takes time before giving an answer which ultimately discharges the responsibility on me without explaining the real reason on a technical level.
Although disappointed, I ask them to give me a quote to go in the direction proposed by the parent company and they never answered me. I turned to others.
Never again an Ariston. Bad customer service.
