Dispiace del vostro rammarico ma io ho mancato
ad un importante appuntamento quel giorno per via del vostro disatteso
ritardo senza avviso in quanto se fossi stato avvisato in tempo ne avrei potuto cambiare la data
o spostare quella della revisione della caldaia.
Nell'attesa ho telefonato io per tre volte sentendomi solo la risposta che in 10 minuti stareste arrivando sul posto che così non è stato perché dalle 16.30 alle 17.40 pazientemente ho aspettato lasciando tutto pronto per agevolarvi il lavoro. So che fino prima d'ora siete stati professionali e sicuramente lo siete ma vi chiedo da parte vostra solo maggiore comprensione verso chi attende dall'altra parte. Grazie per avermi risposto e cordiali saluti.
Dear Mr. Gianpaolo,
I'm sorry for your regret but I have failed
on an important appointment that day because of your failure
delay without notice as if I had been notified in time I could have changed the date
or move the revision of the boiler.
In the meantime, I phoned three times, only hearing the answer that in 10 minutes you would be arriving on site which was not the case because from 16.30 to 17.40 I patiently waited leaving everything ready to facilitate your work. I know that up until now you have been professional and you certainly are but I ask from you only more understanding towards those waiting on the other side. Thanks for answering me and best regards.
