Accetto e contatto il mio capoarea per comunicare la variazione di orario e le ore in cui sarei stata assente dal lavoro. Ieri mi reco in struttura e attendo fuori dallo studio insieme ad un'informatrice farmaceutica. La visita precedente termina alle 11:15 (e sono già in ritardo),la dottoressa apre la porta e la suddetta informatrice si infila dentro. Al che,faccio presente che l'appuntamento mi era stato anticipato alle 11,che probabilmente c'era un malinteso. La dottoressa mi risponde con una discreta dose di spocchia e aggressività che avrei anche potuto "aspettare 5 minuti, emmammamia".Forse la dottoressa può anche aspettare 5 minuti, beata lei,il mio capo purtroppo no. Anche perché non si trattava neanche più di 5 minuti. Chiude la porta e la sento commentare l'accaduto a voce molto alta con l'informatrice esprimendo a chiare frasi il suo disappunto noncurante del fatto che dai posti a sedere potessi sentire tutto chiaramente. Che figura mediocre. Naturalmente mi alzo e me ne vado a prenotare la mia visita altrove. Bad experience.I was contacted two days ago by the reception to anticipate at 11 a visit scheduled for 11:40. The previous visit ends at 11:15 (and I'm already late), the doctor opens the door and the aforementioned informant slips inside. To which, I would like to point out that the appointment was brought to me at 11, that there was probably a misunderstanding. The doctor replies with a fair amount of arrogance and aggression that I could also have "wait 5 minutes, emmammamia". Maybe the doctor can also wait 5 minutes, lucky her, my boss unfortunately not. Also because it wasn't even more than 5 minutes. She closes the door and I hear her comment on the incident in a very loud voice with the informant, clearly expressing her disappointment regardless of the fact that I could hear everything clearly from the seats. What a mediocre figure. Of course I get up and go to book my visit elsewhere.
r	rinrin kat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi è stata la mia seconda visita, a distanza di 2 settimane e mi sono ripromessa che avrei scritto una recensione anche qui: Idp Medica è un centro che si presenta subito per quello che è; una garanzia. La prima cosa che si può notare è la pulizia e la gestione degli spazi anche durante giornate piene e piovose come quella di oggi. Il personale alla reception è di una cortesia, gentilezza ed educazione uniche e vorrei dire che tutti i pazienti meritano di essere trattati così. Oltre al Dott. Del Prete, oggi ho avuto anche il piacere di conoscere Infermiere e Anestesista, dentro quegli studi succede la magia. Loro tre scherzano, ti coinvolgono, ridono e il dottore ti stringe la spalla o la mano per darti coraggio. Sapete quanto è importante il contatto fisico e visivo? Loro lo sanno. Non facevo una gastroscopia dal 2013 perché pesantemente traumatizzata, ma con loro farei qualsiasi esame. Ricordatevi una cosa: esami delicati come gastro e colonscopia servono in primis a voi per capire che problema c'è. Non abbiate paura e affidatevi al Dottor Del Prete, che riesce a gestire anche un piovoso e affollato pomeriggio di Gennaio in cui i PC non funzionano e in piena pandemia, grazie anche allo splendido aiuto delle due cortesi receptionist, sempre educate, rispettose. Grazie di tutto, firmato, una paziente esigente e soddisfatta. The first thing that can be noticed is the cleaning and management of spaces even during full and rainy days like today. The staff at the reception are of a unique courtesy, kindness and education and I would like to say that all patients deserve to be treated like this. In addition to Dr. Del Prete, today I also had the pleasure of meeting Nurse and Anesthetist, inside those studies magic happens. The three of them joke, involve you, laugh and the doctor squeezes your shoulder or hand to give you courage. Do you know how important physical and visual contact is? They know it. I haven't had a gastroscopy since 2013 because I was heavily traumatized, but I would do any exam with them. Remember one thing: delicate exams like gastro and colonoscopy are primarily for you to understand what the problem is. Do not be afraid and rely on Doctor Del Prete, who can manage even a rainy and crowded January afternoon when the PCs do not work and in full pandemic, thanks also to the splendid help of the two courteous receptionists, always polite and respectful. Ottima organizzazione e soprattutto pensano al bene del paziente, io che per precedenti esperienze ero terrorizzata dall'esame che dovevo fare posso dire di non aver sentito nessun dolore o fastidio. Lo consiglierò sicuramente,grazie Positive experience. The medical and reception staff are kind people who put you at ease and reassure you. Excellent organization and above all they think about the good of the patient, I who for previous experiences was terrified by the exam I had to do can say that I did not feel any pain or discomfort. E	Elda Del Monte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima visita e controllo, il dottor Del Prete educato, col sorriso, schietto e davvero professionale, come se ti accogliesse a casa sua, quel suo modo semplice e rassicurante di parlare e dare spiegazioni mediche, che solitamente al contrario invece ti lasciano dei dubbi ( come mi è capitato finora avendo frequentato altri medici anche ben pagati sia per la prima visita che per il controllo...) dovrò fare altro ancora e sicuramente lo farò serena e consapevole di essere in ottime mani, personale educato e organizzato, posto impeccabile ??? First visit and checkup, Doctor Del Prete polite, with a smile, frank and really professional, as if he were welcoming you to his home, that simple and reassuring way of talking and giving medical explanations, which usually on the contrary leave you doubts ( as it has happened to me so far having attended other well-paid doctors both for the first visit and for the control ...)
