Mi è capitato di recarmi presso il centro diverse volte per appuntamenti con vari professionisti e non ho mai dovuto attendere molto oltre l'orario prestabilito. Nonostante ciò, le visite sono meticolose ed estremamente approfondite. L'amministrazione è cortese e riesce a far fronte alle esigenze degli utenti con educazione e competenza. Assolutamente consigliato sia il centro sia i medici! competent and qualified doctors, professional secretarial and sympathetic to the needs of users. I happened to go to the center several times for appointments with various professionals and I never had to wait long after the scheduled time. Despite this, the visits are meticulous and extremely thorough. The administration is courteous and able to meet the needs of users with education and expertise. The center and the doctors are absolutely recommended!

Ho chiesto di avere cortesemente un certificato via mail (visto che la dottoressa era in ritardo e non poteva refertare nell’immediato l’ecg) e mi viene detto che ci sono troppe cose da scannerizzare e non si può fare. Mi pare una risposta totalmente inadeguata da dare nel 2021. Extremely rude front office staff. I politely asked to have a certificate via e-mail (since the doctor was late and could not immediately report the ECG) and I am told that there are too many things to scan and it cannot be done. It seems to me a totally inadequate answer to give in 2021.

G	Giovanni Iob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fare l'elettrocardiogramma al bambino: prenoto, ma la prenotazione non risulta, quindi aspetto quasi un'ora, mi chiamano, ma l'attrezzatura non funziona correttamente e il personale non è competente, risultato un'altra ora di attesa, alla fine pago, ma la cardiologa non è presente per firmare il referto, quindi devo tornare il giorno seguente. Il giorno dopo torno, ma si sono dimenticati di fare saturazione e misurazione della pressione, quindi devo tornare un'altra volta. Vado di sabato alle 08:30 (l'apertura è alle ore 08:00) ma è chiuso perché la dottoressa risulta a fare un domiciliare, attendo più di mezz'ora, arriva la dottoressa che visita il bambino ed è pure scocciata Che dire? Grazie alla sua professionalità ho risolto una infiammazione alla spalla che avevo da un anno circa riacquistando la totalità della capacità motoria e ci ritornerò sicuramente.Andrea. M	Manuela Cascapera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto varie visite in questa struttura e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo! Sia le segretarie ( una dolcissima in particolare ma,non so il suo nome. Bionda con i capelli lunghi estremamente cortese è pronta ad aiutare il paziente! ) E medici specialisti veramente bravi ( almeno quelli che ho avuto bisogno io). Un ringraziamento particolare va al Dott. Bassi...pochi medici come lui, attento, scrupolo, gentilissimo e molto professionale! I have made several visits to this structure and I have always had a great time! Both the secretaries (a very sweet one in particular but, I don't know her name. Extremely polite blonde with long hair is ready to help the patient!) And really good medical specialists (at least the ones I needed). A special thanks goes to Dr. Bassi ... few doctors like him, attentive, scrupulous, very kind and very professional!
