Una persona che non comprende l 'importanza di relazionarsi in modo corretto con i clienti, non è adatta a ricoprire tale ruolo. CENTRO ASSOLUTAMENTE DA SCONSIGLIARE! E la risposta della titolare che, dopo avermi mancato di rispetto davanti ai miei familiari, blocca sul web la pubblicazione di ogni altro eventuale commento, la dice lunga sulla serietà del lavoro svolto. Pertanto uso la mia prima recensione per risponderle. Come già ho avuto modo di riferire, mi rivolgerò ad altri centri medici SICURAMENTE piu validi, quantomeno dal lato umano. Dopo 25 anni forse è il caso che lei passi ad altra occupazione non a contatto con il pubblico. Eviteremo cosi il pericolo di sentirci dare nuovamente dei "dementi" solo per aver cancellato (peraltro con largo anticipo) un appuntamento per gravi motivi familiari. Lei si è permessa di sindacare le mie motivazioni, mettendo in dubbio la mia serietà e attaccandomi il telefono in faccia. Ecco, ritengo che le motivazioni di ognuno vadano tutelate, non derise. Se questa è professionalità... Quindi sono FELICE di rimanere un cliente A ZERO STELLE per persone che si permettono di travalicare il limite della buona educazione. Certi atteggiamenti non hanno scuse, in tempo di Covid o meno. Soprattutto quando si è mossi verso i clienti SOLO da questioni di interesse economico. Davvero tristissimo!
