La signora evidentemente se l’è presa sul personale e mi ha risposto più volte in maniera molto arrogante e indisposta senza che ce ne fosse alcun motivo dato che, come ho già detto, avevo solamente chiesto un consiglio ad una persona esperta come lei e l’avevo fatto in maniera rispettosa. Premesso che una giornata storta la possiamo avere tutti, e che il cliente non ha sempre ragione, non si risponde così a qualcuno che comunque paga per un tuo servizio.
