★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is poor quality and conceptually bizarre. The beef tower with rusks and marmalade is one of the weirdest things ever presented to me. No one in our part of 10 had a good meal. The service was awful. Incompetent and rude. These people should not be working in hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went out for lunch as a family. Only to be charged for an adult meal for my 22month old son.. Is a toddler charged as a person as well then? The food was under cooked which made my mother ill. The pasta was hard... not 'al dentel'! As I am from Italian background. On top of that the waiter said we had to pay 7.20 for use of the table cloth etc... However this could of been 7 50.. Now looking at the bill... what a Joke! We will never use this restaurant again. Absolutely disgusting.
The response from the manager is also disgusting as you can see..
