Mi sono presentato a loro con un budget ridicolo rispetto ai lavori che dovevo fare e grazie ai consigli ed alla preparazione di Marco e del suo team sono riuscito ad ottenere un risultato ben oltre le mie aspettative. Precisi, puliti, puntuali, seri e cordiali. I miei vicini di casa non fanno che complimentarsi per l'educazione degli operai e la bellezza dei risultati. La ristrutturazione è durata 4 mesi, in questo periodo il team, messomi a disposizone dall'architetto Marco Lombardi, ha affrontato tutte le problematiche che si sono presentate con tempestivià, precisione e cortesia, anche verso gli altri condomini del palazzo, tant'è che non ho ricevuto alcun tipo di lamentela e il risultato è stato strepitoso. Grazie ICOS I entrusted the complete and very complex renovation of my apartment to ICOS. The renovation lasted 4 months, during this period the team, made available to me by the architect Marco Lombardi, addressed all the problems that arose with timeliness, precision and courtesy, even towards the other condominiums of the building, so much so that I have not received any complaints and the result was amazing. Un conoscente ci ha parlato della ICOS e le nostre aspettative sono state largamente superate. Già dal primo appuntamento con l'architetto Marco Lombardi siamo rimasti colpiti dalla sua puntualità, disponibilità ed educazione, doti sempre mantenute nei tempi successivi. Altrettanto possiamo dire del personale da lui evidentemente accuratamente selezionato a partire dal capomastro prodigo di suggerimenti e di utili idee e dai bravissimi e discretissimi colleghi che lo affiancano. Avevamo iniziato con delle ristrutturazioni esterne e poi abbiamo continuato con altre all'interno della casa non previste ma che abbiamo voluto aggiungere visto la professionalità dimostrata e la certezza di un ottimo risultato. For some time we had to do some renovations but we hesitated not knowing who to turn to to be sure in every sense. An acquaintance told us about ICOS and our expectations were largely exceeded. The same can be said of the staff he evidently carefully selected, starting with the master builder generous with suggestions and useful ideas and the talented and discreet colleagues who work alongside him. We started with some external renovations and then we continued with others inside the house that were not foreseen but which we wanted to add given the professionalism demonstrated and the certainty of an excellent result.
