D	Daniela Caraccio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo scorso anno (Maggio 2017) ho richiesto un rinnovo patente per mio padre portatore di pace maker, mi hanno portato a termine la pratica al costo di 100 euro che comunque non è molto. Ci siamo dunque recati presso la delegazione della motorizzazione di Roma dove mio padre avrebbe dovuto effettuare una visita con la commissione medica che avrebbe valutato la sua idoneità alla guida. Ma lì ci hanno detto che mio padre non poteva effettuare la visita della commissione perché' la Delegazione Aci non aveva sbloccato la pratica. D'urgenza dunque ho dovuto chiamare la Delegazione e pregarli di effettuare lo sblocco entro 30 minuti altrimenti la commissione avrebbe annullato la visita e mio padre sarebbe risultato assente alla visita e dunque non avrebbe potuto rinnovare la patente. Soltanto al secondo sollecito telefonico la Delegazione mi ha sbloccato la pratica!! Pagando 100 euro mi sarei aspettata un trattamento più' professionale di una dimenticanza (cosi' si sono giustificati al telefono i collaboratori della Delegazione) che poteva costare cara a mio padre. Last year (May 2017) I requested a license renewal for my father who has a pacemaker, they completed the procedure for me at a cost of 100 euros, which is not much anyway. We therefore went to the Rome motor vehicle delegation where my father was supposed to make a visit with the medical commission that would assess his suitability to drive. But there they told us that my father could not visit the commission because the Aci Delegation had not unblocked the file. As a matter of urgency, therefore, I had to call the Delegation and ask them to unlock it within 30 minutes, otherwise the commission would have canceled the visit and my father would have been absent from the visit and therefore could not have renewed his driving license. Only at the second telephone reminder did the Delegation unlock the file for me !! Paying 100 euros I would have expected a more professional treatment of an oversight (this is how the Delegation's collaborators justified themselves on the phone) which could have cost my father dearly.

Quello che credo sia il titolare si è dimostrato maleducato arrogante e per giunta il suo atteggiamento a tutto è servito tranne che ad aiutarmi a risolvere il problema, quindi professionalmente negativi ! Che dire velocita' competenza sono il suo forte. Very positive experience. Problems related to the transfer of ownership of a car with a leasing contract were resolved, problems that other delegations had not been able to do in 40 days solved in one hour. What about speed, competence are his strong point.
