★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire che il servizio "raccomandate" é pessimo é un eufemismo .Spedita in data 11 febbraio (venerdì), è stata presa in carico il 17 febbraio( giovedì). Per 4 giorni ha dormito, visto il lungo viaggio che doveva affrontare Roma-Milano. Arrivata a destinazione il 25 febbraio. Il tutto verificabile col tracciamento sul sito di poste italiane. Bravi!
To say that the "recommend" service is bad is an understatement. Shipped on 11 February (Friday), was taken over on 17 February (Thursday). For 4 days he slept, given the long journey that had to face Rome-Milan. Arrived at its destination on February 25th. All verifiable with tracking on the Italian post office site. Well done!

La raccomandata è stata spedita in data 11 febbraio che, come detto da lei fosse un venerdì; per tanto poste italiane ha effettuato il ritiro presso la nostra sede il lunedì seguente, in data 14 febbraio. Il tempo di lavorazione va considerato da tale data, per cui la lavorazione è di 2 giorni, non 4 come da lei menzionato. Vorrei specificarle, in aggiunta, che il tempo di attesa per la ricezione della stessa non dipende dal nostro ufficio, ma dalle tempistiche di poste italiane essendosi loro occupati della consegna della sua missiva. The registered letter was sent on 11 February which, as you said, was a Friday; for this reason, the Italian post office carried out the collection at our office on the following Monday, on February 14th. The processing time must be considered from that date, so the processing is 2 days, not 4 as you mentioned. I would like to specify, in addition, that the waiting time for the receipt of the same does not depend on our office, but on the timing of the Italian post office having taken care of the delivery of your letter.
