Bene, lo invio e dopo i due giorni di consegna promessi chiamo e un collega della prima persona mi dice che non si sono accorti del pagamento,quindi devo aspettare qualche giorno in più perchè l'ordine non è stato fatto..Quindi slittiamo da venerdì al mercoledì successivo. Arriva il pezzo la settimana seguente e colpo di scena il pezzo è SBAGLIATO! Notare che ho inviato la foto della mia batteria sul loro canale Whatsapp e loro riescono a sbagliare lo stesso!!! Il primo ragazzo a banco mi dice con leggerezza "niente, è sbagliata se vuoi ti rimborso.." a quel punto vado su tutte le furie dopo avere addirittura preso ( e perso) un'ora di ferie !! Interviene l'altro collega che ... cerca cerca cerca ( perchè non l'ha fatto bene prima)...arriva alla conclusione che l'unica batteria possibile costa molto di più.. ma anzichè cercare di rimediare mi dice che non può farci niente.. a quel punto decido per il rimborso anche se l’ora di ferie che ho dovuto prendere non me la potranno rimborsare. Esco amareggiato e....la ordino altrove a 50 euro in meno... Che perdita di tempo !! I tried to buy a battery for motorcycles, given their impossible times they offer me the paypal payment. Well, I send it and after the two days of delivery promised I call and a colleague of the first person tells me that they have not noticed the payment, so I have to wait a few more days because the order has not been made .. So we slip from Friday the following Wednesday. The piece arrives the following week and the plot twist is WRONG! Note that I sent the photo of my battery on their Whatsapp channel and they manage to make the same mistake !!! The first guy at the counter says to me lightly "nothing, it's wrong if you want a refund .." at that point I go on a rampage after having even taken (and lost) an hour of vacation !! The other colleague intervenes ... looking for looking (because he hasn't done it well before) ... he comes to the conclusion that the only possible battery costs much more .. but instead of trying to fix it he tells me that he can't do nothing .. at that point I decide for a refund even if the hour of vacation that I had to take will not be able to refund me. I go out embittered and .... I order it elsewhere at 50 euros less ... What a waste of time!

Il commesso è stato molto professionale ha identificato subito il ricambio e mi ha fatto pure lo sconto ! Consiglio Well-stocked shop close to via Emilia est, I needed motorbike spare parts for my scooter and to my surprise I was able to buy at this shop that I considered only for cars. Y	Yolly Barillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace tanto perché nell'insieme mi sono trovato bene in passato, sono scivolati su una questione che da loro non mi sarei aspettato; c'è stata un'incomprensione su un pezzo da 100 euro, purtroppo il meccanico ha aperto la confezione e subito ha capito che il pezzo era sbagliato. Dopo che in 2 settimane ho speso più di 1200 euro di ricambi , non anno minimamente accennato ad un rimborso della metà del costo magari con un buono da spendere sempre da loro, comunque non acquisterò più neanche una vite da loro, una questione di principio. Un rivenditore del genere potrebbe venire incontro al cliente piuttosto di dire mi spiace e farlo andare via, anche perché il cliente ricambia sempre la cortesia in acquisto è pubblicità., nel mio caso anno perso un cliente, complimenti per la gestione.
