PoichΓ© l'ordine risultava ancora "in sospeso", ho provato a mettermi in contatto con il personale telefonando e mettendo a disposizione nelle note dell'ordine il mio recapito per essere reperibile anche via WhatsApp, ma nessuno ha mai inviato messaggi o risposto alle mie telefonate.
L'ordine Γ¨ stato semplicemente annullato a poco piΓΉ di 15 minuti dall'orario che avevo scelto per la consegna.
Non conosco le ragioni dell'annullamento del mio ordine e mi dispiace molto lasciare una recensione negativa, ma spero che la mia segnalazione possa aiutare questo esercizio a impedire che si verifichino altre esperienze simili alla mia.
 I ordered a cake via the app (driven by the excellent reviews and the beautiful photos of the desserts) about 24 hours in advance.
Since the order was still "pending", I tried to get in touch with the staff by calling and making my contact details available in the order notes to be also available via WhatsApp, but no one has ever sent messages or replied to mine phone calls.
The order was simply canceled just over 15 minutes from the time I had chosen for delivery.
I do not know the reasons for canceling my order and I am very sorry to leave a negative review, but I hope that my report will help this exercise to prevent other experiences similar to mine from occurring.
