Con loro ho iniziato questo lavoro e sin dall’inizio tutto lo staff mi ha aiutato a migliorare particolarmente nello sviluppo di capacità e tecniche di vendita e grazie a loro sono cresciuta tantissimo in questi anni. Responsabile di sala e tutto lo staff sempre disponibili e gentili . Retribuzioni molto buone e puntuali. Se dovessi descrivere con una sola parola questa azienda userei : FAMIGLIA. I have been working at this company for almost 4 years. I started this work with them and from the very beginning all the staff helped me to improve particularly in the development of sales skills and techniques and thanks to them I have grown a lot over the years. Room manager and all the staff always available and kind. Very good and punctual salaries. If I had to describe this company in one word I would use: FAMILY.

Gli stipendi sono regolari ed arrivano puntualmente, il rapporto con il datore di lavoro è cortese, ugualmente con il team leader. I due team leader sono persone molto preparate e aiutano tutti i dipendenti al fine di raggiungere ottimi obiettivi. Si lavora con massimo impegno e concentrazione ma spesso è possibile concedersi anche momenti di leggerezza all'interno della sala. Un ambiente bellissimo, familiare. Short but intense experience. My experience at ICAll has been more than positive. The two team leaders are highly trained people and help all employees to achieve excellent goals. You work with the utmost commitment and concentration but it is often possible to indulge in moments of lightness in the room. A beautiful, familiar environment.

I responsabili sono meravigliosi perché capisci subito la passione che hanno per questo lavoro; passione che trasmettono a ciascuno di noi. In merito, poi ai proprietari, non hanno mai fatto pesare la differenza di ruoli ma, al contrario, si sono sempre dimostrati empatici con tutti noi. I have been in this company for a few years.
