Ormai non è più solo un ambiente lavorativo ma è diventata una seconda casa. I rapporti umani sono ottimi, staff e datore di lavoro sempre disponibile, cordiale e professionale il quale da la possibilità a noi dipendenti di lavorare in modo sereno. Puntualità nei pagamenti e grande opportunità di crescita professionale. I started working in this company when it was still a small company and over the years we have grown together, professionally and humanly. It is no longer just a working environment but has become a second home. Per un venditore è un ottimo lavoro, ma scordatevi il servizio al cliente perché non esiste. Do 2 stelle solo per l'annuncio fuorviante pubblicato su internet. I state that, although the environment is not bad, I went there convinced to undertake an inbound customer care service, but in the end it turned out to be pure sales. For a salesperson it's a great job, but forget about customer service because it doesn't exist. I give 2 stars only for the misleading ad posted on the internet.

Ho inviato la mia candidatura su indeed, all'inizio ero un po scettico, pensavo: "sicuramente si tratta del solito call center che sfrutta i sui dipendenti!". Mi sbagliavo! Ho trovato un ambiente curato, confortevole accogliete e giovanile! Il titolare è riuscito a metterci subito a nostro agio facendoci sentire parte di una squadra!. Il corso di formazione è stato eccellente. Da macmark non ti sentirai mai solo è non ti annoierai mai. Pagamenti sempre puntuali. Area brack fantastica dove condividere un caffè con i colleghi! Spero di non andarmene mai! Fantastic experience. Ma sono rimasto perplesso non poco: credevo di trovare un certo call center come da annuncio inbound, che garantiva contratti CCNL. Nulla di tutto ciò. L' offerta di lavoro si è rivelata, di fatto, pur sempre una vendita. Un outbound travestito da inbound solo ufficialmente. Contratto solo ed esclusivamente di collaborazione ( scatti paga a 5,90 € l' ora ) Tutto qui, per onestà ho dovuto scriverlo. La mia esperienza è ancora breve in azienda, ma il buongiorno si vede dal mattino! La proprietà è sicuramente attenta alla produzione, come è fondamentale che sia, ma contestualmente bada molto al benessere del collaboratore sotto tutti punti di vista. Dai compensi sempre puntuali ai premi di produzione senza trascurare la cura di ambienti confortevoli e la gradevole socialità tra colleghi. In macmark you don't feel like a number but a "resource" and for those who know how to grasp it, joining the staff is a real opportunity. My experience is still short in the company, but good morning starts in the morning! The ownership is certainly attentive to production, as it is essential that it be, but at the same time it pays a lot of attention to the well-being of the collaborator from all points of view.
