Mi reco in negozio per un problema al mio iPhone, il ragazzo al banco lo guarda e mi fa il preventivo che io accetto e mi dicono che in un'ora sarebbe stato pronto. Quando ritorno la sorpresa. Il telefono era stato riparato ma non mi hanno fatto pagare nulla in quanto si era scollegato un cavetto. Considerando che non era stato acquistato da loro e che potevano tranquillamente farmi pagare (49 euro) dicendomi che il pezzo era stato sostituito, ritengo che un comportamento simile vada elogiato.
