Ho acquistato, da tre anni, un appartamento con già installato, dalla ditta in questione, un impianto di riscaldamento ibrido, gas pellet.
Avendo bisogno di assistenza, contatto, come da accordi, la ditta in questione ma mi sento rispondere che la mia ubicazione non rientra più nella loro zona di competenza (sono a meno di 30 km)
Sono quindi costretto, a malavoglia, a contattare un'altra azienda (a quasi 90 km) che mi fa', senza nessun problema, l'intervento richiesto e dicendosi disponibile agli interventi futuri.
Mi è stato suggerito, in via ufficiosa, che in caso di garanzia cessata, non esiste alcun vincolo territoriale per l'assistenza, questa la mia esperienza, a voi le conclusioni...?
 Here is my story:
Three years ago I bought an apartment with a hybrid heating system, gas pellets, already installed by the company in question.
In need of assistance, I contact, as agreed, the company in question but I am told that my location is no longer within their area of competence (I am less than 30 km away)
I am therefore forced, reluctantly, to contact another company (almost 90 km away) which makes me, without any problem, the requested intervention and declares itself available for future interventions.
It was unofficially suggested to me that in the event of the warranty being terminated, there is no territorial constraint for assistance, this is my experience, the conclusions to you ... ?
