N	Nicola Restelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esteticamente il rubinetto è bello, ma la cromatura si è staccata ed i 10 anni di garanzia si sono rivelati inutili, visto che non hanno riconosciuto un loro errore. Hanno incolpato l’acqua troppo calcarea (abbiamo l’addolcitore) o prodotti troppo aggressivi (si è “scrostato” all’interno e non nella parte visibile). Gli altri rubinetti della casa (cucina, lavanderia ed altro bagno) non hanno nessun problema. Visto il costo elevato avrei sperato il sevizio fosse migliore. Aesthetically, the faucet is nice, but the chrome has come off and the 10-year guarantee proved futile, since they have not recognized their mistake. V	Valentina Beretta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ribadisco quanto scritto da mio marito Nicola Restelli, abbiamo avuto problemi con i vostri rubinetti, la cromatura si è staccata all’interno ma il problema è stato attribuito all’acqua (possediamo l’addolcitore) oppure all’utilizzo di prodotti troppo aggressivi ma abbiamo una casa con 3 bagni ed è l’unico ad essersi rovinato(oltre a cucina e lavanderia che non hanno avuto alcun problema in 10 anni). Visto il costo elevato mi sarei aspettata un prodotto e un servizio migliore. S	Sergio Giacomuzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rubinetti di buona qualità ma il fondello che appoggia alla ceramica è in plastica e dopo 18 mesi uno su tre si è lentamente sfaldato.fosse stato in ottone cromato ciò non sarebbe successo.Naturalmente avete addossato a me la responsabilità (uso di detersivi aggressivi).sicuramente dovessi ricambiarli non acquisterei più i vostri prodotti
