★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e competente. Cercavo dei sali polifosfati x la caldaia nell'ignoranza più totale e mi hanno spiegato i dettagli e consegnato quello che mi serviva. Unica pecca è che arrivando non capivo dove entrare, ho suonato allo show room e non rispondeva nessuno. Poi cercando sul retro ho trovato il negozio. Ma in quella direzione era indicato il carico scarico. Comunque a parte questo molto soddisfatta. Ci tornerei.
Friendly and competent staff. I was looking for polyphosphate salts for the boiler in total ignorance and they explained the details and delivered what I needed. The only flaw is that when I arrived I didn't understand where to enter, I played at the show room and nobody answered. Then looking for the back I found the shop. But the unloaded load was indicated in that direction. However apart from this very satisfied. I would go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so come definire l accaduto quindi mi limiterò a descrivere ciò che successo . Ho acquistato 100 fascette da idraulico dimensione 5 mm x 20 cm , alla cassa mi hanno fatto pagare 30 euro. Sconsigliassimo data anche la qualità scarsa di materiale fascette cinesi a 30 euro : ladri!
I don't know how to define what happened, so I'll just describe what happened. I bought 100 plumbing strips size 5 mm x 20 cm, at the checkout they charged me 30 euros. We would also advise against the poor quality of Chinese cable ties at 30 euros: thieves!
