Ma oltre a tutto ciò voglio segnalare l’assistenza post-vendita: ho chiamato di domenica Cristian Turra per un piccolo guasto per una cucina consegnata in Toscana e dopo 12 ore il guasto e’ stato sistemato da Cristian e dal suo collaboratore, noncuranti dei chilometri e del tempo necessario per raggiungermi. DETTAGLI CHE FANNO LA DIFFERENZA.

But in addition to all this I want to report after-sales assistance: I called Cristian Turra on Sunday for a small breakdown for a kitchen delivered in Tuscany and after 12 hours the breakdown was fixed by Cristian and his collaborator, regardless of the kilometers and the time it takes to reach me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionisti a 180° !!!!! Ho visitato una domenica pomeriggio questo showroom per puro caso trovandomi sul lago d'Iseo. Premetto che risiedo a Milano considerata la patria del mobile.....mai avrei pensato di affidare ad un negozio di Brescia la ristrutturazione del mio appartamento.
Inizialmente le vetrine mi hanno colpito ma poi una volta entrato sono stato colpito dalla professionalità del Sig. Cristian . In soli quattro giorni mi ha presentato un progetto di ristrutturazione del mio trilocale e seppur di modeste misure lui e i suoi collaboratori hanno trasformato il tutto in una piacevole location, occupandosi di tutto; Arredo, illuminazione, tinteggiatura e tapezzerie , video, audio e complementi d'arredo. Team formidabile e vincente.......
180 ° professionals !!!!! I visited this showroom on a Sunday afternoon by pure chance as I was on Lake Iseo. I state that I live in Milan, considered the home of furniture ..... I would never have thought of entrusting the renovation of my apartment to a shop in Brescia.
Initially the windows struck me but then once I entered I was struck by the professionalism of Mr. Cristian. In just four days he presented me with a renovation project for my three-room apartment and, albeit of modest sizes, he and his collaborators transformed everything into a pleasant location, taking care of everything; Furniture, lighting, painting and upholstery, video, audio and furnishing accessories. Formidable and winning team .......
