Siamo stati informati per tutta la durata della prenotazione su ogni qualsiasi tipo di cambiamento riguardante orari e stato dei voli, hotel ed altre informazioni in generale. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, lavoro molto professionale e curato nei minimi dettagli, ci hanno aiutati anche per la scelta della destinazione nonostante le restrizioni imposte dal governo. Una delle migliori agenzie di viaggi che abbiamo provato in città, consigliatissima!
First time recommended by them by a friend for a trip abroad, very professional girls, very kind, friendly and nice, they followed us with great precision and helped above all with the new rigid rules / protocols on the spread of covid-19 for tourism in the Schengen area. We have been informed for the duration of the booking about any kind of change regarding schedules and status of flights, hotels and other information in general. We had a great time, very professional work and attention to detail, they also helped us with the choice of the destination despite the restrictions imposed by the government. One of the best travel agencies we've tried in town, highly recommended!
