In primis le materie prime, tartare di salmone era un mousse, avocado idem, cream cheese un palla ghiacciata di formaggio, verdure non freschissime e il riso crudo. 31 euro per due poke large reputo eccessivo soprattutto per la bassa qualità. For sure I will not go back. First of all the raw materials, salmon tartare was a mousse, avocado ditto, cream cheese an iced ball of cheese, not very fresh vegetables and uncooked rice. 31 euros for two large poke I consider excessive especially for the low quality.

Consiglio di spiegare di nuovo al personale che quando si lavora con le persone, potrà avere a che fare con tanti tipi di persone ma nonostante ciò non deve mancare la cortesia e gentilezza!!!! Peccato però! Sarebbe fantastico se qualcuno li spiegasse a queste ragazze che la Vostra catena di franchising e un concetto nuovo. E quindi le persone ( i clienti) hanno bisogno di spiegazioni. Il loro tono di voce è molto arrogante. Non solo con me,a anche con quelli di prima e dopo di me. My 2 stars is an average between the food (very good from 5 stars) and the staff from 1. It would be great if someone explained to these girls that your franchise chain is a new concept. And therefore people (customers) need explanations. Their tone of voice is very arrogant. Not only with me, but also with those before and after me.

Ottima qualità prezzo, le ragazze sono ben disponibili, per spigarti gli ingredienti e come funziona per comporre al meglio il tuo poke. Cibo sempre fresco, vasta scelta di prodotti dal riso, alle verdure, alle proteine. Assolutamente da provare!!!!!!!!!! Consigliatissimo. An excellent alternative to the classic business lunch and more. Excellent quality price, the girls are well available, to explain the ingredients and how it works to best compose your poke. Always fresh food, wide choice of products from rice, to vegetables, to proteins. Absolutely to try !!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended.

Peccato che prima di me c'era un'altra persona che ha ordinato senza problemi. Sono tornata e, fortunatamente la titolare ha detto che se si voleva ordinare o si aspettava l'orario di apertura o si prenotava dal sito. Al momento dell'ordine la ragazza al banco non mi ha chiesto se mangiavo lì o portavo via, non mi ha avvisato che alcuni ingredienti erano a pagamento. Ho ordinato una regular e pagato 1 euro in più, poco sì, ma avrei voluto saperlo. Al momento del conto non mi ha chiesto nemmeno se volevo da bere. Ho mangiato in fretta perché mi sentivi a disagio. La possibilità di poter comporre la propria ordinazione è secondo mio avviso una cosa splendida. Si ha sempre un' ampissima scelta dei prodotti, che risultano molto freschi e gustosi. Il personale è veramente gentilissimo e sempre sorridente, pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta gli venga fatta. Sembra scontato ma non lo è..... personalmente potersi confrontare con persone simpatiche e gentili ti fa doppiamente venire voglia di tornare. Ho potuto anche costatare la serietà del delivery, prenotazione tramite app con tempi di consegna veramente rapidi, attraverso il telefono poi è possibile seguire passo a passo dalla preparazione alla consegna.
