★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst people managing what should be a nice place to stay. They let us lost in Rome with two little kids in the middle of the night, 500 meters away from the apartment. We booked two nights and they wouldn't allow us to get in because we were too late, situation which was noted to them from us before, like two/three days in advance. They wouldn't let us in even for the second night that we had booked, they denied us access two hours prior to our arrival. In my opinion, everyone should boikot this kind of places with such nasty owners. I'll fight for my money though. They were also absolutely rude and disrespectful on the phone. For me, they are not a cent worthy.
