Personale gentilissimo che, insieme a te, compila una scheda di benvenuto per ascoltare tutte le tue esperienze passate e per annotare le esigenze di ogni cliente, offrendoti torte, succhi e spritz. Luogo spazioso, non è difficilissimo trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze se non proprio difronte al salone. Siamo state accolte con grande cortesia, ci è stato offerto del tè verde nell'attesa, mentre discutevamo nel minimo dettaglio quali trattamenti scegliere (dallo shampoo da usare, al tipo di massaggio durante lo shampoo, alla temperatura dell'acqua). Il taglio perfetto, proprio quello che volevo! Un'ottima esperienza e impaziente di ritornare :) Kindness and sympathy are at home! Il taglio. una follia pseudo artistica fatta con fascette da idraulico… narrano di 'lasciare il servizio aperto' e di richiamarti dopo una settimana… vero, mi ha chiamato la receptionist e alle mie rimostranze ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare dal responsabile...mai più sentiti. Speso una cifra blu per non avere sostanzialmente alcun risultato anzi, uscita peggio di come ci sono entrata. Peccato Only smoke and at a high price. Ho notato una grande professionalità nel rapporto con il cliente, dove non sono mancate tutte le attenzioni. Grande pulizia, ogni poltrona viene disinfettata subito dopo l'uso. Il colore usato è delicato e il più possibile naturale, senza uso di ammoniaca. Maurizio è molto competente come colorista. Insomma sarà il mio salone fisso quando verrò a Napoli.
