Premettendo che prima di allora non sono mai stato in un ristorante del genere e che non sono un grande intenditore di carne posso dire che mi ha molto colpito il servizio, i ragazzi sono molto gentili e disponibili, il posto è molto bello e i dettagli sono molto curati. Rispettano le prenotazioni praticamente al minuto. Dal punto di vista del covid è sicuro perché è molto spazioso. Il prezzo è giusto considerando la locazione ma se siete molto affamati e volete saziarvi con la carne bisogna spendere un po' in più. Consiglio vivamente le polpettine di pulled puork, ho assaggiato la tagliata ed il filetto e mi sono molto piaciuti. I've been to the grill recently. Assuming that I have never been to such a restaurant before and that I am not a great meat connoisseur I can say that I was very impressed with the service, the guys are very kind and helpful, the place is very nice and the details are very taken care of. They respect bookings practically by the minute. From a covid point of view it is safe because it is very spacious. The price is fair considering the location but if you are very hungry and want to fill yourself with meat you have to spend a little more. I highly recommend the pulled puork meatballs, I tasted the tagliata and the fillet and I really liked them.

Tavolo per due, abbiamo ordinato due fette di carne con vari contorni mai arrivati al tavolo,abbiamo quindi potuto assaggiare solo la carne che non ha soddisfatto per niente le nostre aspettative. Per non parlare dei prezzi spropositati dato poi i disagi. Locale che mira più all’apparenza che a soddisfare il cliente.

Cucina sublime, piatti ottimi e giusti, nota di merito alla carne, vasta scelta per tutti i palati e tutte le tasche. Qualità è uno degli obiettivi della braceria Granfuoco. Prezzi? Giustissimi a parer mio, si sta discutendo di un locale che ha una spanna sopra gli altri ed offre una qualità che è difficile ritrovare. Fondamentale menzionare il personale, nello specifico Michele, ci ha aiutato nella scelta della carne in base alla cottura gradita, ha abbinato un ottimo Barolo al calice, ed ha consigliato degli ottimi antipasti. Da inizio cena si è preoccupato a noi, non ci ha mai fatto sentire sotto pressione, solamente coccolati, super simpatico ma soprattutto super preparato, una spanna sopra tutti. Quite right in my opinion, we are discussing a place that has a notch above the others and offers a quality that is difficult to find. It is essential to mention the staff, specifically Michele, who helped us in choosing the meat based on the desired cooking, paired an excellent Barolo by the glass, and recommended excellent appetizers. From the beginning of dinner he worried about us, he never made us feel under pressure, only pampered, super nice but above all super prepared, a cut above all.

Lo staff è gentile, gli antipasti sono stati buoni ma mi sarei aspettato il fattore “wow” che ho ritrovato nella carne. Davvero ottima sia per il sapore che per la cottura. Nel complesso è un’esperienza assolutamente piacevole e da rifare. Very nice and trendy location! Many details are taken care of (especially for customer hospitality). Very much appreciated the dental kit in the bathroom! The staff is nice, the starters were good but I would have expected the "wow" factor that I found in the meat. Really good for both flavor and cooking. Overall, it is an absolutely pleasant experience and to be redone.
