If i could give less, i would. We ordered the Day before for the next Day at 10 am. When We arrived, We were first being talked to at 11 am. They didn’t know any english, and even though my friend show pictures (multiple) They made her hair blue and green. BLUE AND GREEN!!! She asked For blond! She didnt have one specific hairdresser, But 4 Who came and went AS They pleased. When we tried to talk to somebody about What to do and What It would cost, the employees Walked away from US. And They Said that it would cost 120€. We Said that We didnt want to pay, But They wouldnt let us before We paid 60€. They were being unprofessianel and rude.

One of my favorite cuts and colors. The staff are so kind and friendly. Ivan is excellent and is great with long hair. Plus the facility is clean and peaceful. Perfect!!

I contacted Vincenzo, the proprietor of the establishment after my wife had been to a hair solon in Positano that completely ruined her hair as a result of a botched, cheap and disastrous hair colouring, as I needed someone to fix the terrible damage inflicted upon my spouse. There are few people who, during my lifetime, have been able to exceed all expectations, but Hair Spa did. From the World Class customer service, vast intellectual knowledge, kindness and availability at a time of extreme distress of my life companion, Stefania, Vincenzo and the Team in general did everything possible to correct the monstrosity that was performed on my wife's hair. It is rare to meet such people, and as a high-end service provider myself, I understand and appreciate how much effort went in to make my bride feel comfortable and confident in having her hair treated once again. If you are anywhere in Italy, especially Naples, the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Capri or Sorrento to mention but a few, please, please, do not bother with using anyone there, they have no idea what they are doing. Put yourselves in the hands of true professionals that will time, and time again, give you the results that you want. From Bride to be, to just having your hair coloured, Hair Spa is the venue to contact. My wife and I felt as if we were the only clients there, their attention, care and concern were touching and the results of their work were just stunning!!! I left Naples and Hair Spa with a tranquil soul and a happy wife, truly amazing work for which I cannot thank enough. A must go to if you are anywhere near them.

I Discovered this gem by chance. My hair was a disaster, I walked in and this wonderful man name Vince came to the rescue. I went from bad hair job to new hair in a few hours. 30 euros for a haircut that took me one hour because the first hairdresser wasn't able to cut straight. The second one could cut but wasn't very patient. The lady at the welcome desk was very nice though.

Two weeks ago I was looking for a hair stylist and I’ve just found this beautiful place on google. Ivan, one of the hair expert, welcomed me and helped to fix all my problems! Together we decided the natural color for my hair (it was the first time that I colored my hair so I was a little bit scared about the result!), but thanks to precious advices of Ivan and milk shake treatment, the result was amazing! i’m very satisfied!!!
