Sono passati esattamente 14 giorni dall'arrivo anche dall'utilizzo del sopracitatoprodotto e poiché ho notato che tende a fare delle fosse quando ci dormo(peserò circa 82 kg) ho richiamato il numero di telefono da cui l'avevo ordinato. Mi è stato risposto che questo materasso regge fino a 80 kg e che per accertare eventualmente il danno dovrei rispedire il materasso al laboratorio.Primo: come faccio a rispedire il materasso, e secondo, che faccio dormo sulla rete o per terra finché non mi viene riconsegnato..... E meno male che c'è la garanzia..... Sinceramente mi sento soltanto presa in giro I purchased the top air double mattress which was delivered to me after two days at my address. Io, e molte altre persone, siamo arrivati fin lì inutilmente. Non posso giudicare il prodotto, né lo farò più, ma sull'homepage del sito non è scritto da nessuna parte che la vendita avvenga solo ONLINE. Le due persone dell'Assistenza Clienti con cui ho avuto modo d'interfacciarmi sono state sempre cortesi e molto cooperative. Anche la rete a doghe che ho acquistato è veramente di ottima qualiltà, anche se il colore delle parti in metallo è grigio e non nero come in foto. Risolto l'iniziale disguido di comunicazione, che non dipendeva da loro ma dalle linee telefoniche, sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla disponibilità e dalla gentilezza con cui hanno risposto alle mie domande e fugato i miei dubbi riguardo al mio ordine. Per quanto riguarda il materasso, è arrivato ieri e una volta tolto dall'imballo già si vedeva la qualità dei materiali e l'ottima finitura. L'abbiamo provato stanotte e posso dire senza esagerare di aver passato la miglior notte della mia vita. Rispetta le nostre esigenze e supera di gran lunga le aspettative che avevamo. Acquisterò senza dubbio i materassi anche per i miei figli. Io e i miei problemi alla schiena ringraziamo questa azienda di ottima qualità italiana, vivamente consigliata.
