★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️Avoid hrparcel as it is a scam company. They falsely marked my parcel as delivered but in fact they never did. There is no way to contact hrparcel as their phone is fake and they never answer emails. It is now two weeks I am emailing them but hrparcel do not answer. It seems many parcels have gone missing by hrparcel so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My package should have arrived before Christmas. Instead it's been sitting for 2 weeks now at a HR Parcel Hub 50 Km from the delivery address. They do not answer to emails and are impossible to reach via telephone! I have never experienced anything like this! Worst EVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! Shipped a parcel from Germany to Italy using Hermes in early August. It is still not delivered, company is not answering phone calls and e-mails. This company is an absolute disgrace and a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam company with their base in Romania. They stole my package and then marked it ‘delivered’ to deceive me. After a month I have not yet been able to contact this company and recover my parcel. All clients must keep away from hrparcel and never risk using it.

Hermes Germany gave package to this company what seems a daughter of them.
They said address not found but all other companies find this address.
And now the package is not coming back and nobody answers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have said this company is a scam. I have had exactly the same experience. Not only was the item in transit for over two weeks between Milan and Rome, but they then claimed that they had made two attempts to deliver. Untrue. We are stuck at home in lockdown. NO attempt was made. The first we hear is an SMS form Hermes informing us we had ten days to 'unblock' the delivery. As others have stated, the system does not allow 'unlocking'. The phone number is not operative and they do not answer emails. This is a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if it were possible I'd give 0 stars.
My parcel was shipped from Canada, the tracking on their website showed my parcel as stationary there, after 2 weeks it still never left according to them.
Then I unexpectedly receive a text from the Italian Hermes telling me they tried delivering twice but i was never home (which i was both times) and now it's my responsibility. There's a link in the text to get my parcel delivered again but of course it doesn't work.

The courier came to deliver my parcel, I wasn’t at home because I went to work, my name was on the bell, they rang the bell and my uncle came down to collect the parcel, they didn’t deliver it to him, they took the parcel back and updated the tracking information as wrong address. How can you see someone’s name on the bell and still say it was a wrong address? I have been calling this foolish company, no one is responding nor even replying mails. Hrparcel is a disappointment and a scam
