Aspettavo un pacco che sarebbe dovuto arrivare prima di Natale e ad oggi 30/12 ancora non é arrivato. Oltretutto si inventano che hanno preso accordi con me per posticipare la consegna in quanto, a detta loro, sarei stato assente per ferie natalizie prolungate. Assolutamente da evitare, poco professionali e falsi.

I was waiting for a package that should have arrived before Christmas and as of today 30/12 it still hasn't arrived. Moreover, they invent that they have made arrangements with me to postpone the delivery because, according to them, I would have been absent for extended Christmas holidays. Absolutely to be avoided, unprofessional and fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritardo nella consegna di un pacco molto urgente!! Seguendo il tracciamento sul portale di risulta che la spedizione non è stata effettuata per "destinatario sconosciuto". Strano, nessuno è mai venuto a citofonare né hanno lasciato un avviso nella cassetta della posta. Pacco in transito in magazzino da giorni non si sa per quale motivo!!! In più non risponde nessuno al telefono, e sabato chiuso tocca aspettare fino a lunedi!!!
