Ore di coda all’aperto al freddo ad aspettare di dare un nominativo e sperare di ricevere il pacco da una finestra
Consegnati un pacco ogni 26 di media… dal “si lo abbiamo aspetti” alla consegna passano anche un paio d’ore com’è successo ad un ragazzo oggi…

One parcel is delivered every 26 on average ... from "yes we are waiting for it" to delivery, a couple of hours pass as happened to a boy today ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company don't care about costumers at all worst service ever. They said they tried to deliver three times at address what was a lie because after going other three times to get the package they always made excuses to don't deliver it. HORRIBLE, SAD, RIDICULOUS
