Il direttore o il responsabile sanitario non le legge le recensioni dei cittadini? Sono 2 giorni che provo a chiamare Vergogna!!! Nobody realizes that no one ever answers on the phone of the Casa della Salute? Doesn't the director or the health manager read the reviews of the citizens? Ad ogni domanda ti rispondeva come se avessi fatto la domanda più stupida del mondo, senza tatto né empatia. Squallida Pessima e vergognosa.sono rimasta senza parole per il comportamento. Non l'ho mandata a quel paese perché non mi abbasso a certi livelli. Quando ne avrò di nuovo bisogno mi assicurerò prima che non ci sia lei di turno! I was there for a test, unfortunately I met a "doctor" gynecologist who as a person was worth less than 0! He answered every question as if you had asked the stupidest question in the world, without tact or empathy. Shabby. Very bad and shameful. I was left speechless by the behavior. I didn't send her to that country because I don't lower myself to certain levels. When I need her again I'll make sure she's not on duty before she's there!

Lo strumento speculum (divaricatore ginecologico) mi è stato introdotto senza nessuna delicatezza e con forza e il momento dell'ulteriore divaricazione era fatto uguale con forza e veloce. Questa volta (ho fatte tante volte visite e pap-test) l'esame era VIOLENTO e TRAUMATICO e perlopiù la giovane ostetrica non aveva neanche un cenno di empatia, nessuna parola. Ma almeno un 'mi dispiace' era il minimo!!! In Germania invece ho trovato tutto un altro mondo e modo. L'introduzione dello strumento può essere fatto con delicatezza e l'invito a tossire o spingere verso il basso o solo respirare aiuta a rilassare la muscolatura del bacino. Anche se non devono essere usati lubrificanti (perchè potrebbero falsificare il risultato del test) non deve essere tutto cosi doloroso! Da una giovane donna ostetrica mi aspettavo molto più umanità!! Performed a screening pap smear and the experience was awful !! Ho pagato alla macchina automatica (ce ne sono due) e non mi ha dato il resto di 10 euro. Alla fine i volontari, non sapendo la procedura, mi hanno detto che dovevo andare in banca per farmi dare i soldi. Quale banca? Tutte le succursali? Boh! Alla fine sulla ricevuta c'era scritto cassa risparmio la Spezia. Non essendo di sarzana, ho chiesto se potevo andare a qualunque filiale. Boh! Alla fine il tecnico della visita che avevo prenotato, ha telefonato a chi doveva essere presente in reception e non c'era, e ha detto che la banca era la credit agricole. Morale gente assente pagata da noi che non fa il proprio lavoro e i pazienti che devono arrangiarsi e ritornare, come nel mio caso, per prendere 10 euro perché la banca non poteva darmeli subito!
