Hotel Villa Le Piazzole

A small but a great winery located few miles from florence. We ended up riding bike and it was an amazing experience.

We had our wedding here and it was honestly like a fairytale. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, and the beautiful Lucia, for arranging everything so wonderfully. I will never forget this wonderful place!

We chose Villa Le Piazzole as our wedding venue and accommodations for our family and friends. We toured the villa without an appointment back in August. Lucia and her team at the Villa were so nice and welcoming. My fiance and I knew this was the right place for us. We immediately fell at home. We didnt get to tour any rooms in the beginning as they were being occupied and because we just dropped by... but the pictures online does not give it justice! This villa is beautiful and charming. The rooms have alot of space and beds are comfortable. I woke up to different birds chirping every day and opening my windows to see the beautiful Tuscany views and their Italian gardens. We traveled to Venice, Verona, Pisa, Florence, and Rome and the food at the villa was by far better than anywhere else we visited. Lucia and the team assisted in helping me plan my wedding. I did not have a wedding coordinator and I was planning this from Texas, USA! Her assistants in this process made the planning easy. She had knowledge of many vendors and was open to whatever you wanted. If you're looking for a small Tuscany wedding with just family and a few close friends this is the place for you! This meet all of my expectations, dreams and pinterest posts. There is nothing at all I can say negative or any constructive criticism. It was absolutely perfect in everyway! This was out best visit of florence but outside of florence. It was a wild guess to go there but we were welcomed in the best possible way. They had an event but they did everything they could to get us some drinks. We couldn't find the lady when we left so we put 11 euros on the table. On my search to find her i bumped into a wine tasting and they got me a free glass of red wine. Its walking distance ( 45 minutes) from florence but just a bit tricky because there is no pedestrian side walk. Thanks for having us, you made our day.

The beautiful vineyard property is uniquely close to the city centre and features traditional Italian landscape design and residential architecture & interior design. Our gracious host guide Alessandro is very knowledgeable and shared a lot of great info about Italian wines!

Really enjoy staying at the villa le piazzole to celebrate our wedding with all my family and friends. The place looks just stunning with lots or different places to create atmospheres and surprises (gardens, swimmingpool, veranda...). It is also super convenient to be able to be in complete nature at just 15min from florence! Lucia was very helpful in catering to all our needs! Highly recommend them.

We stayed at the villa Le Piazzole for 2 days for our wedding and we could not recommend a better place to celebrate this special day. It is a wonderful, authentic place. all our guests loved it and the staff is super nice and kind. We had met the manager and her assistant, Lucia and Aurora before the special day and they were immediately helpful for anything that we needed. We organized a pizza party on the Friday evening with more than 100 guests, they took care of all the food and it was delicious, in a festive atmosphere. On the Saturday we could enjoy the pool before the ceremony, cocktail and party. We are super thankful for everything they did for our special day. On the practical side: the WiFi is excellent everywhere in the villa or at the pool, the parking is huge, it is easy to access from Firenze by public transport or car, rooms and flats are very comfortable, they are very flexible, the view is incredible, they have a pizza oven, a beautiful wine cellar and much more

This was an exceptional visit to this villa. We took a tour of the entire estate and it was absolutely wonderful. They have a vineyard to grow the grapes for their wine, sold locally only and they do have a bold and beautiful vintage. The winery is very impressive, a portion of the property where they cellar much of the wine to age is left from castle tower which was an impressive site to see. The villa is located in the hills of Florence overlooking several other villas off in the country side. The location serves as a hotel as well as venue for celebrations, the view from the pool is most impressive. They have a very large dining room to entertain guests as well as wine tours. We sat down to an absolutely wonder pesto pasta and plenty of wine. You can walk around and tour the villa as well, the private quarters you will not be able to see but the entire place is absolutely beautiful and as the rest of these properties located across Florence has never left the hands of the family. We left very very happy, very full and with plenty of wine. We purchased some bottles and took them with us. You may also have bottles shipped right there, you won't find it outside of Florence. If you like to take a tour through a company called city wonders, they will arrange everything for you, including transportation and e sure you get home afterwards.
